Luke grew up in Singapore and Vietnam, experiences that shaped his love for global cultures. After a brief stint in New York, he set his sights on Korea, believing it has the potential to shine globally.

His mission? To be part of a company with a multicultural vision—just like Picky! Luke is now at the core of our efforts to build cutting-edge platforms that empower users and drive growth.

Revolutionizing Payouts with Stripe Integration:
- Transformed manual PayPal payments into automated Stripe payouts.
- Saved 3–4 hours per payout cycle, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Upgrading Campaign Management Systems:
- Enabled seamless submission of user content for events.
- Introduced tools to match campaigns with users based on data

Through Luke’s efforts, users can now submit content for specific events seamlessly, with the operations team setting precise requirements for platforms like TikTok and Instagram directly through the back office.

This enhancement has streamlined the campaign workflow and paved the way for even more advanced features, such as matching events to users based on their information.

Luke’s contributions continue to transform Picky’s back office into a more efficient and powerful tool for growth and user engagement.
